CSI Assistant explained

Don't just watch, act

CSI Assistant is an extension to our standard CCTV system, increasing productivity with automated business prompts. You define what matters and how you want to be told, leave the rest to us.

Types of updates

Mobile notification

Real-time notification of an incident to the mobile phone of everyone that needs to know, so potential issues can be addressed immediately.

Email alert

Receive an email alert for less immediate issues, that you can follow-up when convenient.

Scheduled report

A graph or table summarising key business information calculated hourly, daily, or weekly, all accessible from mobile or desktop.

Update triggers

CCTV vision

If the system records activity that exceeds a certain threshold. For example, someone walking into a restricted area.

Integrated CCTV vision

The vision from the CCTV is combined with input from any other IP device or system, such as a POS or weighbridge. With data used from the integrated system used to trigger recordings and updates if defined thresholds are exceeded.

Third-party summaries

The data collected from the integrated systems can be summarised into regular reports. Managers can then review performance or incidents, searching the footage for anomalies guided by the reports.

Customised for you

We have a large library of standard automation processes, which means many business automation requirements can be met within the standard configuration.

Development of new business automation processes are typically kept affordable by our developers' adapting processes from other installations.
